The PCA International Conference is recognized as the premier international gathering of the global pine chemicals industry. The 2023 Conference will be a distinctive, stimulating occasion. You will be informed, inspired, and engaged for two days with some of the industry's most passionate leaders, Dublin, Ireland, Baile Átha Cliath (“Town of the Ford of the Hurdle”).
The 2023 International Conference will be held from 17 to 19 September 2023 at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, in Dublin, Ireland.
A welcome reception will be held at 5:30 PM on Sunday. General Session will begin at 9:00 AM on Monday and at 9:00 AM on Tuesday. A reception will be held at 5:30 PM on Monday evening and the Final Night reception and dinner will be held from 6:00-11:59 PM on Tuesday evening.
The course registration fee includes all course materials, a dedicated table for your attending company to schedule and hold meetings on Monday & Tuesday, all breaks, receptions on Sunday & Monday, and the Final Night Reception and Dinner on Tuesday.

All registrations will be at the On-site Registration Rate of $ 2,800.00 and Name will not be included in any rosters that are printed for attendees
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Registration may be canceled and a refund (less $200 administrative charge) issued up until 25 August 2023. NO REFUNDS will be issued after 25 August 2023. Registration may be transferred without penalty.
Private Meeting Rooms:
There is an abundance of private meeting rooms available; book directly through the PCA.
Ample Open Networking space is also available on the conference floor.

RATES:
Nightly Room Rates are quoted in USD, per room, per night, and are inclusive of appropriate national and local taxes, currently 13.5%* on bedroom accommodations, inclusive of Full Breakfast & Wi-Fi, and use of the Hotel Fitness Suite & Business Centre (06:00 - 23:00).

Accommodations will be paid in advance, any additional room charges must be settled upon check out. A valid credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals.
Cancellations
To cancel your hotel booking, direct contact must be made with the PCA BY 2 PM EST at least ten (10) days prior to arrival. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee or a late cancellation fee, which equals the FULL COST of the stay, should advise the hotel at least ten (10) days prior to arrival of any change to their booking. NO SHOW reservation will be cancelled and billed the FULL COST of the stay to the credit card on file.
