Executive Briefings and Industry Networking at PCA 2018 Spring Meeting

The Pine Chemicals Association Spring Meeting will be held in Savannah, GA at The Westin Savannah Harbour Golf Resort & Spa April 18 to April 20, 2018.

The Spring Meeting provides an excellent opportunity for networking with industry leaders from around the world, the ability to interact with our committee leaders and learn about key issues impacting our industry, and to participate in the Association’s Annual Business Meeting. Additionally, we will have a number of excellent presentations on relevant subjects.

An optional golf tournament with key executive industry leaders will be held at noon on Wednesday, April 16.  The meeting will "kick off” with a reception and dinner on Wednesday night, April 18 beginning at 6 pm. Meetings on Thursday and Friday will include executive briefings on key issues and actions of each of our functional committees, as well as, presentations on current subjects and issues in our industry.

Registration Fees
Member:  $1200 per attendee 

Non-Member: $1400 per attendee

The course registration fee includes: all course materials, all breaks, opening reception and dinner on Wednesday, breakfast on Thursday & Friday, and reception Thursday.

Spouse/Guest Registration Fee:  $300 per attendee
Spouse/Guest registration fee includes: opening reception and dinner on Wednesday, reception on Thursday and breakfast on Thursday & Friday.

The PCA has negotiated nightly rate of USD $261 (single or double, taxes/resort fee/state & local fees extra) with the Westin Savannah Harbour Resort & Spa. 

These rates are available for three (3) days prior to and three (2) days after the event dates, based on availability.
